During the past 50 years, Rahbekfisk has built up considerable expertise in the production of frozen fish products and ready-made, mainly fish-based, dishes.



Our tasty products and high quality standards have made us a leading supplier to international players in the retail and food service industries.

Two production facilities – one in Fredericia and one in Hirtshals – cover separate fields of activity. The production facility in Hirtshals is concerned with filleting, breading and packaging. This means that we produce natural products and breaded fish products using raw ingredients which we buy at Danish fish auctions.

Our facility in Fredericia is tasked with processing the fish. It is our production site for ready-made dishes, puff pastry products and breaded, filled products. Our sauces and fillings are all prepared on the basis of a stock which made from bones, spices and other delicious ingredients. Just as in a quality restaurant – only on a larger scale.
