Preparation:
Place in the oven in frozen condition. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the filled Saithe fillets on a baking plate in the middle of the oven. Preparation time: 20-22 min. When making more than two portions at a time the preparation time should be longer.

Spaghetti al Limone (Serves 2)
200 dried spaghetti
sea salt and black freshly ground pepper
the juice of 2 lemons
grated lemon zest (optional)
1 dl olive oil
125 g freshly grated parmesan
1½ handful of fresh, finely chopped basil
½ red onion in very thin quarters

Cook the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package. Meanwhile, whisk together the lemon juice and the olive oil. Add the parmesan until the sauce is thick and creamy – season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice to taste. Pour the sauce over the spaghetti and shake the casserole to mix the spaghetti and the sauce. Then stir in the basil leaves, the red onions and the grated lemon zest.
