Preparation: Place in the oven in frozen condition. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the product from the plastic bag, and place it on a buttered baking plate – or on a plate lined with baking paper – in the middle of the oven. Preparation time: 20-25 minutes. When making more than two portions at a time the preparation time should be longer.
Salad with pecorino cheese and pine nuts Mixed salad 1 small zucchini 1 small piece of pecorino cheese 25 g pine nuts salt, pepper a little walnut oil
Marinade: 1½ tablespoon walnut oil, ½ tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Roast the pine nuts in a dry frying pan. Grate the cheese, and wash and pick the salad. Slice the zucchini thinly and dip in some walnut oil, salt and pepper. Whisk together the marinade. Dip the salad in the marinade, and add the grated cheese and the pine nuts. Arrange the sliced zucchini on the plate, forming a crown and put the salad into it.
