Preparation:
Place in the oven in frozen condition. Preheat the oven to 200°C.Remove the product from the plastic bag, and place it on a buttered baking plate – or on a plate lined with baking paper – in the middle of the oven. Preparation time: 20-25 minutes. When making more than two portions at a time the preparation time should be longer.
Salad and potatoes (serves 2)
Cut half a spring cabbage finely, mix with 3 grated carrots and 3 finely cut spring onions. Toss with a little olive oil, salt and pepper.
700 g of sliced, cold, boiled potatoes. Mix 3 tablespoons of capers, the juice of half a lemon, 1½ dl of olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix in 1 dl of chopped broad-leaved parsley.
