Preparation:
Pan: Place the frozen boiling bag in a pan of boiling water. Bring back to the boil, and boil for 25-30 minutes. The pan should not be covered with a lid. Remove the bag from the pan, and shake lightly before opening and serving.
Microwave oven: 8-9 minutes at 700 W. Make a few holes in the boiling bag before cooking.
Bruschetta with tomatoes (serves 2)
Brush 6 slices of baguette or another type of bread with olive oil. Toast in the oven at 200° for approx. 7 minutes. Chop 2 big, ripe tomatoes roughly together with a handful of fresh basil leaves, salt and ground pepper. Put on top of the bread slices and serve.
