Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200°C. Place the frozen fillets of hoki on a baking tray – optionally lined with baking paper. Bake for 20–25 min in the middle of the oven. Prolong the baking time if you are preparing more than 2 servings.
Fried rice (wild rice mix)
Pour olive oil into a hot frying pan. Add the boiled rice and chopped garlic, and sauté for 1 min. Add sliced pepper, courgette and red onion, and sauté for a few minutes. Add more oil if needed while heating thoroughly, then spice with chopped basil, salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve the fried rice with baked fillet of hoki, and bread or rolls if desired.
