Preparation:
Bake from frozen. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Remove the product from the plastic bag and place it on a greased baking tray, or on a piece of baking paper, in the middle of the oven. Bake for approx. 30 minutes until the puff pastry is golden brown and slightly puffed. Extend the cooking time when baking more than 2 portions at a time.

Fried root vegetables (serves two) 

Dice 500 g of mixed root vegetables, e.g. celeriac, carrots, parsnip and beetroot, and fry in olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Top with 50 g of chopped, roasted almonds, 25 g of diced apricots and 2 tbsp of chopped flat-leaf parsley.

Serve with the chicken portions.
