Preparation:
Prepare the product from frozen. Preheat oven. Place the product on a preheated baking tray in the middle of the oven – on baking paper, if preferred. For fan assisted ovens bake for approx. 40-45 min. at 180°C. Cut the puff pastry carefully with a serrated bread knife. Prolong the cooking time when preparing more than two portions.

Serving suggestion (Serves 4)
1 packet of Halibut & Prawn en croute. Cook 400 g of pasta, e.g. tagliatelle, in lightly salted water with a little oil.
Pesto: Blend a good handful of fresh basil with ½ dl pine nuts, ½ dl olive oil and 1 clove of garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Stir the pesto into the cooked pasta. Arrange on a plate alongside a fresh salad consisting of two handfuls of rocket and beetroot leaves topped with a dressing of 2 tbls olive oil and 1 tbls white wine vinegar. Sprinkle with freshly grated parmesan if desired.
