The products in this series vary from whole fillets to shaped fillet portions and snack products which are suitable for both lunch and as appetisers or starters. The products come precooked portions which are easy to prepare in the oven.

All sauces and fillings are made from our own fish fond and other quality ingredients.

The fish we use are primarily plaice, pollack, dab, cod and alaska pollack. Now we also offer breaded filled chicken products.
