In the breaded natural products series you will find traditional and classic products in a crisp batter. The series also includes precooked portions, which are easy to prepare in the oven.
The production process allows us to produce whole battered products, formed portions and cut portions. There are also different types of batter, from the classic and traditional to exciting and lighter, spicier batter.
This series is based on both local and more exotic types of fish. Among the flatfish we use are plaice, flounder, dab and yellow fin sole. Other than flatfish we use cod, haddock, pollack, pangasius, alaska pollack and argentine. |
