This series has been developed with brand new technology. The fish roll is unique, modern and appealing and it makes it possible to make healthier products.
We primarily use salmon, cod, haddock and saithe.
The filling can consist of sauce, mousse or vegetables.
All fillings are prepared with our homemade fish stock combined with the finest raw materials.
The production process is based on slicing the fillets, which subsequently are formed.
The fish rolls can be produced in portions of 50-100g (unbreaded) or 125-200g (breaded).
