Our natural products are based on fresh fish which we buy daily at Danish fish auctions and process at our filletting plant in Hirtshals. The series of natural products focuses on types of fish from Danish waters – flatfish plaice, flounder, dab, lemon sole and witch flounder, as well as the roundfish cod, haddock and pollack. The products are packaged in either boxes or plastic bags.
